Before you book
Do I need to believe in any of this?
No. I don’t ask you to believe in any of it. I simply ask you to be open to what you feel. Scepticism with an open mind is a perfectly good place to start from.
Is this for me if I have never done anything like this?
Yes. You do not need to prepare, study, or arrive with a vocabulary. I explain what I am doing as I do it, in plain language.
Can I ask a question before committing to a session?
Please do. Use the form on the booking page and tell me what is going on. I will answer honestly, including if I think I am not the right person for it.
The session itself
What actually happens in a session?
Four movements: setting your intention, an assessment of your energetic field, the deep healing work itself, and guidance. The full shape is described here.
How long is a session?
One hour and thirty minutes, whether we meet in Paris or online.
What does a session work on?
Multiple dimensions at once: physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual. We release blockages, restore flow, and reconnect you to your own inner guidance.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed answer, and that is intentional. Some people feel a significant shift in a single session. Others work with me for years, each session opening a new layer. We decide together what feels right for your path, and there is never any pressure to continue beyond what serves you.
What is the intake call?
A free conversation of fifteen to twenty minutes before your very first session. It lets you ask what you need to ask, and lets me hear what you are carrying before we begin the work itself. It is required before a first session, and there is no obligation to book afterwards.
Practical
Do you work online, or does it have to be in person?
Both. Sessions run in Paris in person, or by video call anywhere in the world. Same length, same structure, same price.
What does it cost?
Your first session is €150 and includes a free discovery call beforehand. Following sessions are €130. The Deep Work of five sessions is €575, which works out at €115 each and saves you €75. Akashic Records readings are €130; plant medicine integration is available on request. Full details are on the Work With Me page.
Can you help with plant medicine integration?
Yes. Before a ceremony, in the days after, and in the long tail of it. This is one of the four kinds of moment ongoing accompaniment is built for.
Is this a replacement for medical or psychological care?
No. Energetic and psycho-spiritual work sits alongside medical and psychological care rather than replacing it. I will never ask you to stop a treatment or leave a therapist, and if something points towards care I am not qualified to give, I will say so.
